1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Process

VIPKLBet members who have met all T&C requirements are entitled to withdraw their winnings at any time. Withdrawals are processed as follows:

• Withdrawal to e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 5–15 minutes
• Withdrawal via DuitNow: 15–30 minutes
• Withdrawal via FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes – 2 hours
• Jackpot winnings exceeding RM 10,000: Up to 24 hours (subject to additional security verification)

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Members must have completed identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by VIPKLBet are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are exclusively for eligible registered VIPKLBet members in accordance with these T&S.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

Rollover refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before those winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games available on VIPKLBet — including video slots, Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Sports Betting — use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited by an accredited independent testing body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including VIPKLBet itself.

7.2 Game Results Are Final

All game results on VIPKLBet are final once a round or match has concluded. VIPKLBet is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, device issues, or technical difficulties on the user's end during active gameplay.

7.3 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting covering football (EPL, Malaysia Super League), badminton, and e-sports, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified in VIPKLBet's sports betting rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the VIPKLBet platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using prohibited methods to claim bonuses you are not entitled to.
• Hacking & Technical Fraud: Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated bots, or employ external tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account, or using another person's account.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your VIPKLBet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds in your account will be returned to you via your usual payment method, after deduction of any bonus amounts that have not yet met the rollover requirements.

9.2 Closure by VIPKLBet

VIPKLBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is substantial evidence of a breach of these T&S. In the event of closure due to a breach, VIPKLBet reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIPKLBet and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Third-party actions resulting in unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

VIPKLBet's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim in question.

11 Responsible Gambling
